What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you typed: your name, phone number, email (if provided), the vehicle, your service address, your preferred time, the package you want, and any notes. We do not collect anything you did not enter yourself.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: contacting you about the appointment you requested. Submissions are stored on our server and emailed to the studio owner so we can call or text you back. That's it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Ever.
- We don't share your information with marketers or affiliates.
- We don't track you across other websites.
- We don't run third-party advertising on our site.
- We don't use Google Analytics or similar surveillance trackers on our public pages.
Cookies
The public site (blacklightdetailing.com) does not set any cookies. The preview/editor at riddick.nexsites.org sets a session cookie when our team is signed in to make changes. That cookie is not used on the public site.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept indefinitely so we have a record of customer interactions. If you'd like your record deleted, email us at [email protected] and we'll remove it within 7 days.
When we respond to your inquiry by email, we send from [email protected] (our agency mail server) on behalf of Blacklight Detailing. Replies go to the studio owner directly.
Security
Your submission travels over HTTPS and is stored on a server we control. We are a small operation; we don't have a SOC 2 certification, but we use industry-standard practices and have honest motivations: keeping your information safe means we keep our customers.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Updates
If we ever change how we handle information, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. The current version is always what's posted here.
